Garstang 7 day weather

     
Regular Runs 
7 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays from Sports & Social Club.  
Summer runs through farm and fell.  Winter runs on fully lit footpaths or by torchlight.  There is no difference between Tuesday & Thursday runs, but more people seen to turn out on a Tuesday.
8 am every Sunday from Sports & Social Club.  A longer, leisurely trail run throughout the year.

Social Runs & Events
April to October - Tarnbrook, Tootal Hall, Scorton, Bleasdale, Dolphinholme, Clougha, Long Lane, BBQ, Blackpool lights, etc. There may be a choice of routes for each run so that the pace is suitable for all runners.  No one is ever left behind!

Cross Country
Six race winter series and county championship. Join our men’s or women’s team and help them to a high place.  Contact Team Captains Tony Pritchard and Denise Hughes for details.

Club Championship Rules OK
Out run your club mates and enter the Club Championships. Male and female; Senior and V50 age categories.

Road Champions - best of six road races, at least one 10k, 10 mile and half marathon or equivalent.
Fell Champions - best of six FRA races.
Club Handicap -  7.00 pm second Tuesday in November, December and January. Meet as usual for the toll-bar if you don’t fancy a race.
